Many people, just as I used to do, never get any results with losing weight. They try one of the thousands of different Diets, exercises, ab belts or weight loss pills but never get any results.

First of all they will never lose weight with ab belts or weight loss pills no matter what.

Unfortunately, most people never lose weight with a diet or by doing exercises either. Most often this is because lack of knowledge, lack of motivation or even both.

I believe the main reason for not losing weight is lack of motivation. I think people don’t really want to be fit, they don’t really want to look healthy and have a better lifestyle because being overweight, sick is who they are. Even though if they would just follow the proper weight loss principles without jumping from one diet to another they could as easily be fit, healthy and lean as they are overweight.

I was in the same situation as most people are right now, I too was overweight and had a lot of challenges along the way like jumping from one diet to another, weight loss plateaus etc. But I kept fighting and I did lose all unwanted body fat and so can you.
