If you want to be slim, look better, lose stomach fat get six pack abs or whatever weight loss goal you have, you’ve got to be willing to pay the price.
Then, what is the price?
It’s quite a bit to get overwhelmed by but not something you can’t do. I believe you first have to believe in yourself and your goals. You need to believe you can become slim, lose weight get a flat stomach and more importantly keep the weight off.
You have to start doing something and it doesn’t matter how small that something is, it’s important to act. Write your goals down, how much you want to weigh. Find pictures of people you wish you looked like and hang them on your mirror so you’ll never forget your goal.
Writing your goals down looks like something small but if you can’t even do that, whether you believe it’s something good for or not, you are doomed to failure.
You will have to make sacrifices. No more junk food, no more typical American diet eating 3 meals a day, no more sitting on the couch watching television.
And it will cost you a lot of time working out, at least 45 minutes for 3 days a week whether you’re working out at home or at the gym.
Only you can decide if the price you pay is worth it.
All I know is that if you pay the price for a few months, a year or more- depends on your goals, the rewards will be priceless for the decades to come after you pay the price.
