So you want to get six pack abs huh?
Then you’ve probably already done some abdominal exercises such as crunches etc.
And maybe you’ve done hundreds of them like most desperate people do who want to get six pack abs.
It’s not about how many reps you can do, most of the people who can do hundreds of crunches can’t even do 3 proper hanging leg raises because their abdominals aren’t strong enough.
After doing hundreds of crunches the abdominals are getting used to them and there is not enough resistance any more to make them stronger.
The key for getting rock hard six pack abs is heavy resistance.
You don’t need to spend a lot of time doing abdominal exercises every day. A highly effective intense ab workout doesn’t have to take more than 10 minutes and just for 2-3 days a week is more than enough.
You don’t get harder abs by training more days instead you get them when you train less days a week with enough resistance and let them recover more days.
For getting six pack abs you need maybe 10 proper high resistance exercises. The key is to change the order of the exercises, increase sets and reps, the rep speed etc. every month.
And when you get to a point where you can’t build up stronger abdominals you just need to maintain them once a week and of course keep your body fat percentage as low as possible.
Also remember you can’t start with training your abdominals if you still have stomach fat, you really need to get rid of that first with full-body workouts otherwise you won’t burn fat and your abs won’t be visible.
